Lets give you my point. I started my Paladin with the release of WoLK, sped as Ret until I hit 70 and visited the newontinent. On the oldontent there was no problem soloing most of the elite quests. Ofourse nothing like the Ring of Blood series, but I was able to kill almost any wondering elite quest mob. On 70 I sped Holy and Im holy even now. While it is useful, the healing from Imp VE doesn't offset the potential damage loss from interruptedasting.
